One
of my mentors, Charles Capps, once prophesied that “Some things that require
faith to believe now, will not require faith in days to come, for it will
eventually be proven to be scientific fact.“
Jesus proved the power of words of faith over and over again in the gospels. He spoke to the dead and they became alive. Jesus spoke to the storm and it became calm. He spoke to the fish and they filled the nets of Peter and Andrew. But I believe one of the greatest examples of faith is recorded in Mark 11. Here Jesus was walking by a fig tree that should have had buds to eat, but it had none. So, He spoke to the tree, “No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever.”
You
notice in verse 23 that Jesus used “say” 3 times. This faith that Jesus was
teaching about only comes when spoken. Also in the Young’s Literal Translation,
verse 22 says Have the faith of God.
We know that in Gn 1, God spoke everything into existence. In Heb11:3 it says that the worlds were formed by the Word of God and are made from things not visible.
Solomon
tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, Pv 18:21.
Also that a wholesome tongue is a tree of life, Pv 15:4.
James 3 tells us that your tongue is like the reins on a bit of a horse or the rudder on a ship to determine your life’s direction.
But, he also says it can start
the fires of hell in your life when spoken negatively.
I have taught many lessons on the power of the tongue. I know that my life has been blessed by saying God’s promises, and by calling things that are not as though they were.
The
Bible speaks of Abraham who follows the faith of God.
Rm
4:17 ¶ (As it is written, I have made
thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who
quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
So,
in different words: to call things that are not yet visible as though they were
already here.
Science and Faith
So, you say, where is the science in all this? Well the science is Quantum physics. Now I am not a physicist. But I am a man of faith, and I know that the “things” of this planet are blessed or cursed by words of my mouth, or yours. Everything we see or that is was created by God’s Words and these created things are subject to our words. This is at the smallest atomic level, which composes all matter.
Quantum is the study of small atomic actions. The mystery is that small things in the actions of atoms that are observed to happen are at odds with how things operate in the “real world” and our understanding. Such is the paradox of the small/large scale of things. Yet we know that every thing is composed of atoms.
Jesus
taught us that if you have the faith of a mustard seed you might say…well this
was the smallest seed around at that time. Today He might have said, “If you
have the faith of an atom”.
Lk
17:6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith
as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou
plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
In
the quantum realm, there is a phenomenon known as entanglement. This occurs
when a pair or group of particles is generated, interact, or share spatial
proximity in a way that such that the quantum state of each particle of the
pair or group cannot be described independently of the state of the others,
(from Wikipedia). This includes instantaneous correlation at great distance. In
layman’s words, one does not do anything without affecting the other.
Electrons
can appear as a particle, or a cloud around the nucleus. But, it depends on who
is looking at them. It seems to be different for those who do the observing. Annette Capps, the daughter of Charles Capps,
says in her teachings on Quantum Faith, “The interesting thing is that
scientists have discovered that the electron that is shown orbiting the nucleus
is not always there in particle form. It exists in a wave state (like a cloud,
everywhere at once) until someone looks at it. When the scientist observes it,
it suddenly appears as a dot (particle). What we all want to know, is, How does
it know someone is looking at it? It obviously is responding to the observer’s
interaction with it.”
The atomic structure model has changed since the 1800’s to the early 1900’s by the observance of several scientists. The classic atom model has 3 basic components to an atom: protons, neutrons, and electrons.
Wanting to dissect to see what the basic components were made of, huge atomic colliders were built where atoms were smashed and several “new” components were discovered; quarks, leptons, and bosons. Each of these categories is divided into several other components. What I do not understand is how can something that is only valid for a micro second, be a real component or just a broken piece of an atom. I do not know. It seems like kids that break marbles with a hammer to find the cats eye, then sort the broken glass without finding what they saw as a whole.
There
is a lot of space between the electrons and the nucleus of an atom. If you placed
a golf ball on the 50 yard line of a football field representing the nucleus of
a Hydrogen atom, the electron would be a marble in the end zone. Did Jesus use this
“space” to walk through walls in His resurrected body?
We
know by the formulas of Einstein that energy affects matter. In fact they
pretty much interchangeable. The potential energy that is contained within the
atom is enormous. We see that with the atomic bomb and nuclear reactors.
We know that positive poles repel and negative poles attract and can see and feel this with the actions of magnets. Science calls the force that holds a atom nucleus together the strong force, because the protons there should repel one another, but they hold together and it takes a great outside force to tear them apart.
The Bible says that by Jesus all things consist, or are held together,
Col 1:7. I believe that the awesome power of the atom is a look into a part of
our awesome God.
It
is interesting that Einstein’s formula E=MC2 tells us that if a thing
approaches the speed of light that time slows down, and if the speed of light
is reached, the mass would become infinite and time would stop.
The
Bible tells us that God is light, 1Jn 1: 5 ¶
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto
you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
The
Bible tells us that God is infinite, Ps
145: 3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised;
and his greatness is unsearchable.
Ps 113:4 The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens. 5 Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high, 6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
Rv
1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning
and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come,
the Almighty.
The
Bible tells us that in God’s realm there is no time as we know for God is
outside of time. Time was made for man, 2 Pet 3:8 ¶ But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one
thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years
as one day.
Heb
13: 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday,
and to day, and for ever.
Words are Energy
We know that the microwave energy will warm or cook foods. We know that electrical energy will heat or cool our house. Well, our words are energy and they affect the world around us. This energy works by acting at the atomic level. This can be good, or bad.
The
faith chapter in the Bible is Heb 11. The first verse says, 1 ¶ Now faith is the substance of things hoped
for, the evidence of things not seen.
Notice
the substance is faith. This substance is transmitted through your words.
Have you ever known anyone who is always knocking their car? They say things like, “you worthless piece of junk”, “you always break down”, “I can’t depend on you”. Well their car seems to listen and obey. These people do not realize or have not learned that their words affect things around them.
I learned a long time ago to talk nice to my things, care for them and they will last and last. My 2001 truck has 300,000 miles on it and still gets over 23 mpg on the highway. I always talk nice to my truck. “Nice job”, I say as I pat the dash after 4 wheeling. “You always start and get me there.” Now you say that is silly. Well, the proof is in the pudding.
My
mother-in-law had a green thumb. Her plants flourished. She could plant and
grow about anything. Observing her I saw her secret: she talked nice to them,
sang to them, touched them and took care of them. Now plants are living things
and I have seen studies that prove that talking, singing, music, etc have caused
plants to be healthy, stronger, and produce more.
I
am telling you that everything that is in this earth is waiting for the Sons of
God to show themselves and deliver things from the powers of evil.
Rm 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
This
is done by your words of faith. When you made Jesus the Lord of your life and
became born again, you became a child of God.
Jn
1:12 But as many as received him, to
them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his
name..
Jesus during His ministry often demonstrated that the physical world was subject to Him and His Words. He came to the disciples during a storm on a lake walking on the water. Now Peter said to Him from the boat, “Lord if it is you tell me to come to you.” Well it was Jesus, so He replies, “Come. “, so Peter gets out of the boat and starts walking to Jesus. Well, the storm and waves cause him to fear and he starts to sink, but Jesus reached out and grabs his hand, Mt 14:26. How did the water hold Jesus and Peter up? Were the molecules drawn together to make them solid?
This defies what we know about gravity and water. Yet there it
is, when Jesus spoke, things obeyed. Jesus said after He had rescued Peter,
“Why did you doubt? Oh, you of little faith.” So, we see that faith filled
words caused them to walk on water.
Many adults have deep mental wounds because of the harsh words of their parents when they were young. “Can’t you ever pay attention?” “You are worthless; you will never amount to anything.” “Why can’t you be a good boy like your brother?” All such things spoken in a moment can leave lifetime scars.
Speak
good things, encouragement, and God’s promises, to your children.

should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Col
3: 21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger,
lest they be discouraged.
When Jesus was revealed to the devil by His Father was at His baptism. Satan had looked for Jesus since the time that God said He would send the seed of the woman to bruise his head. When Jesus came out of the water, the heavens were open and this was heard, “This is My beloved Son in whom I AM well pleased.”
On this wonderful statement of love for His only begotten Son, Jesus was drawn into the wilderness by the Spirit to be tempted of the devil for 40 days. The strength of His Father’s approval kept Jesus’ faith strong. Now these temptations were real. The Bible says He was in all ways tempted like us, Heb 4:15. With every one, Jesus answered the devil by scripture. The sword of the Spirit as Paul says in Eph 6.
Mt 4:2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
In the same fashion that God’s Words gave Jesus approval and confidence, your words of encouragement and love will help your children to develop a strong foundation.
We
are to use scripture for our confessions and for our battles. God’s Word is
true, and will cause the things askew of it to conform. Confess promises and then
thank the Lord for your answer.
As the Angels ministered to Jesus, God has given you a Guardian Angel to watch over you, Mt 18. You must watch your words before the Angel.
Ecc 5:6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?
The Quantum Realm is Different
In the quantum realm, things can act surreal to what we know about the world around us.
When a conductor is cooled near absolute 0 Kelvin (-459F) then it has no resistance and becomes a super conductor. This defies Ohm’s law which concerns the movement of electrons through a conductor, written as: E=I x R.
When
liquid helium is cooled to near absolute 0, it will flow up the sides and out
of its container which is super fluidity. This defies our understanding of
gravity.
Einstein’s
theory of relativity shows that time and space is affected by gravity which is
not a force, but mass and energy that curves the space/time continuum. His
theory of special relativity is in the absence of gravity.
Well,
it may seem that the world won’t recognize your positive faith and the talk that
goes with it, but they can’t help but notice the difference in your life and
circumstances.
As You Believe
Jesus said to a man that asked Him to heal his servant, “As you have believed, so be it done unto you”, Mt 8:13.
Six years ago, there was a violent desert storm that came across the airport where I park my little airplane. Now I learned years ago that storms will heed your words in Jesus’ Name. Some of the promises are found in Deu 28. I pray when a storm approaches that no blasting (winds) or hail, or lightning will harm my family, vehicles, or my dwelling. You can take this as far as your faith. Well, I saw on the news that many planes were damaged on the ramp which is where I park, which is outside on asphalt and chained down. I thanked God for His protection and went to see the carnage.
Jesus
promised us for those who believe they will do greater things than He did. I
believe that is not greater in deed, but in number, for there are about 3
billion Christians.
Jn
14:12 ¶ Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater
works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Your
faith and belief confessions affect those who are around you. From the things that
Jesus did to what I have seen, I believe that your words cause changes at the atomic
level. You need to speak what God’s Word says. Confess His promises in your
life. Watch your mouth and speak things that are good, bless, and edify. Remember that Jesus said your faith can move mountains.
Phil 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
You may not believe the science of your words…yet. But, if you are having problems in your life, check on what you have been saying. Then turn it around. The word repentance actually means to turn around. Christians who have learned the ways of the Kingdom have learned to turn things around to God’s way, and not as the world system does things. Jesse Duplantis says you can’t have what you talk against.
You need healing? Look up the healing scriptures and use them in your talking every day. Confess that by His stripes I am healed and every other scripture you can find about healing. Take communion all the time and confess what Jesus said, “This is My Body which is broken for you.” This is because He took your sicknesses on Himself that you might be healed. The wine or grape juice represents Jesus’ Blood which gave us the New Covenant so your sins are forgiven and you are in right standing with God. Do not confess how you get sick all the time, or how much you hurt. This will cause doubt and hurt you.
Whatever
your mountain is, find scripture and promises of the Lord that support that and
speak to your mountain. Do not speak against what you desire. Thank the Lord
that you have the answer.
Zec
4:7 Who art thou, O great mountain?
before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the
headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
The
mountains that were faced here were the opposition to rebuild the Temple and
Jerusalem as recorded in Ezra and Nehemiah as ordered by King Cyrus.
Jesus taught us in the parable of the sower that the seed planted was the Word of God. Believe what God has done, and believe that through Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that Word is in your mouth. I mean, that works for your salvation, and everything else that you face in life. The words of your mouth when spoken in faith cause changes in you and the world around you.
Mt 13:18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Concerning the word of faith, Paul writes by the Holy Ghost:
Rom 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Php
2:15 That ye may be blameless and
harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and
perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world..
Moses
spoke this to Israel before they went into the Promised Land:
Deu 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
All
of God’s men were to keep the Word in their heart and mind and ever before them
when they spoke, they spoke of God’s greatness and promise. They posted the Word
on the doorposts of their houses, and taught the Word to their children.
This
is God’s Word and it is still for us to heed and learn. Our Promised Land is
the Kingdom of God, and Jesus said that was in you.
Lu
17:20 And when he was demanded of the
Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The
kingdom of God cometh not with observation 21
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom
of God is within you.
We
were made to be Kings and Priests for God in His Kingdom, Rv 1:6. You cannot do
that effectively without controlling your words. All the more when you know the unseen world responds to what you say.
