Understanding the war that has been going on in the dimension of Angels since before Adam is necessary to understand what is happening now and what will happen in the future.
Briefly, Satan was once known as Lucifer, a Cherub of great beauty and wisdom who rebelled against God and attempted to take over Heaven, Isa 14 & Ez 28. Satan convinced 1/3 of the Angels to follow him in his rebellion. They lost their place in God's realm of Heaven and were cast out.
When Adam and Eve had dominion of the earth, Satan was a spirit with no power, but he possessed a serpent to talk with Eve and she was deceived and Adam followed her in eating the forbidden fruit. This gave Satan the dominion of the earth because Adam obeyed Satan and not God, Gn 3.
God then pronounced a curse on the serpent, and made this very important prophecy:
Gn
3:15 And I will put enmity between thee
and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and
thou shalt bruise his heel.
Two important facts we learn from this statement: God would send a Messiah that would be born of a woman that would defeat Satan by brusing his head, but in doing so He would have His heel bruised. The serpent (Satan) would have offspring and these would be at enmity with the woman's offspring.
Genetic hybrids
of angels and man
3 ¶ And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 ¶ There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. 5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
These giants are called Nephilim in Hebrew. They were terrifying and hated those who followed Jehovah God.
The world's cultures all have legends of these giants that were half man and half gods: Hercules, Thor, and Poseidon for example. These monsters were evil and created havoc on the earth. Satan had learned to release some of the fallen angels to do this. According to Enoch they took an oath to continue even though they knew that they would be punished by Jehovah God. Satan believed that if he corrupted the "seed of the woman" then the one who would destroy him could not be born.
6 ¶ And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 ¶ But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. 10 And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
The Holy Spirit who inspired men to write the Bible, said that Noah found Grace in the eyes of the LORD and that his generations were perfect. So there had not been any genetic corruption in Noah, his sons, or their wives. God also picked the best of each species of animal to put on the ark as well. So God saved them from the great flood and destroyed all of the Nephilim from the earth.
Angels that Sinned are Punished
2Pe
2:4 For if God spared not the angels
that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of
darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
1 Pet 3:18 ¶ For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
First possession
(Ham) after the flood, Canaan conceived
Gn 9:18 ¶ And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan. 19 These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread. 20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: 21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. 22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. 23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness. 24 ¶ And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. 25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. 26 And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. 27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
The scripture makes it clear that Canaan is the son of Ham. What you need to know is that the curse of Noah on Canaan is not because Ham saw Noah uncovered. Noah's nakedness refers to his wife, Namaah.
Sins of the
Amorites not complete at God’s covenant with Abraham
Gn 15:1 ¶ After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. 2 ¶ And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? 3 And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. 4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. 6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. 17 ¶ And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
The smoking furnace was Jehovah, and the burning lamp was Yeshua, the preincarnate Jesus.
18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: 19 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, 20 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, 21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
All of these people living in Canaan were Nephilim or had Nephilim among them.
Amos
2:9 ¶ Yet destroyed I the Amorite before
them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the
oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.
Giants in days of Moses
De 3:11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits (15’4”) was the length thereof, and four cubits (6'9”) the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man. (modern measurement added)
Nu
13:22 And they ascended by the south,
and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak,
were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)
Nu 13:28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there. 29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan. 30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. 31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. 32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
Nu
14:24 But my servant Caleb, because he
had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into
the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.
Nu 14:37 Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD. 38 But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.
Nu 14:40 And they rose up early in the morning, and gat them up into the top of the mountain, saying, Lo, we be here, and will go up unto the place which the LORD hath promised: for we have sinned. 41 And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper. 42 Go not up, for the LORD is not among you; that ye be not smitten before your enemies. 43 For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and ye shall fall by the sword: because ye are turned away from the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you. 44 But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and Moses, departed not out of the camp. 45 Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and smote them, and discomfited them, even unto Hormah.
Deu 1:3 And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that the LORD had given him in commandment unto them; 4 After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei: 5 On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying, 6 The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: 7 Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates. 8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.
Deu 1:28 Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there. 29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them. 30 The LORD your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes; 31 And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place. 32 Yet in this thing ye did not believe the LORD your God,
De 3:13 And the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, being the kingdom of Og, gave I unto the half tribe of Manasseh; all the region of Argob, with all Bashan, which was called the land of giants.
Jud 1;20 And they gave Hebron unto Caleb, as Moses said: and he expelled thence the three sons of Anak.
Deu 20:16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth: 17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:
God is not mean. These are all genetic monstrosities that are not human, but a hybrid mix of angelic/human…an abomination to God and evil.So it was in the days of Noah, as it is at the time of Moses and Joshua. Jasher 5 elaborates and says not only the sons of men were corrupted, but the animals were genetically altered as well.
I am not sure what the angelic technology did to the animals, but God was not pleased. We today are altering animals at the genetic level to get desired results that are unnatural.
Joshua’s
conquest
Jos 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. 7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. 8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Josh
6:2 And the LORD said unto Joshua, See,
I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men
of valour.
Josh
15:8 And the border went up by the
valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite; the same is
Jerusalem: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before
the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of the
giants northward:
David and
Goliath
1 Sam 17:3 And the Philistines stood on a mountain on the one side, and Israel stood on a mountain on the other side: and there was a valley between them. 4 And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. (12’) 5 And he had an helmet of brass upon his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail; and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels of brass. (125 lb) 6 And he had greaves of brass upon his legs, and a target of brass between his shoulders. 7 And the staff of his spear was like a weaver’s beam; and his spear’s head weighed six hundred shekels of iron (15 lb): and one bearing a shield went before him. 8 And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me. 9 If he be able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him, and kill him, then shall ye be our servants, and serve us. (weight conv added)
1
Sam 17:26 And David spake to the men
that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this
Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel? for who is this
uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?
1
Sam 17:40 ¶ And he took his staff in his
hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a
shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand:
and he drew near to the Philistine. (Goliath had 4 brothers 2 Sam 21)
1 Sam 17:45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands.
48 ¶ And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. 49 And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. 50 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.
Other Giants at
the time of David
2Sa 21:16 And Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David.
2Sa
21:18 And it came to pass after this,
that there was again a battle with the Philistines at Gob: then Sibbechai the
Hushathite slew Saph, which was of the sons of the giant.
2Sa
21:20 And there was yet a battle in
Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and
on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the
giant.
2Sa
21:22 These four were born to the giant
in Gath, and fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.
1Ch 20:6 And yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of great stature, whose fingers and toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot: and he also was the son of the giant.
1Ch
20:8 These were born unto the giant in
Gath; and they fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.
Nimrod led the people to build the Tower of Babel. By his sacrifices and ceremonies, he attempted to open a portal to heaven and bring back the Watchers. This was to give him more power.
The Indians there bound their infants heads to elongated them to look like the Nephilim who were giants and worshipped.
Jesus said His
coming would be as in the days of Noah
Mt 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
In Noah's day the flood took the lives of the evil, but the ark saved the lives of the good. I think that one taken the other left is reference to the Rapture.
Gn 6:1 ¶ And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
Gn 6:3 ¶ And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
Here is Luke's writing of Jesus' coming as the days of Noah.
Lk 17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. 25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. 26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
The people antedivuvilian had no concept of the flood, or rain for that matter. They had only seen heavy dew.
Notice that Luke compares this to Sodom's destruction. He does not mention one taken and one left.
Understand that the Rapture is Jesus coming for His own to take them up to meet Him in the air. The 2nd Coming is Jesus coming with His Church to take the earth by force.
Rapture
It looks like there will be Nephilim again before Jesus' return. The fallen may use the sperm and ovum that have been taken from people to make hybrids with angels that are not giants, but blend. However they come, they will not be human, and they will not be good.
After the Cross, Satan knows that he is defeated. The war now is just to take as many as he can away from God, for Jesus has come and redeemed all who believes in Him. So, the effort of the devil is not to prevent the promised seed, but to keep humans from accepting Jesus. Corrupting the DNA of humans is one way of doing that.
Jesus is the Saviour and will come back for His Church and to conquer the earth by force as He has promised in His Word. Until then, Jesus is able to protect His own, the Christians who believe Him. Many Jews have come to know Jesus is their Messiah, His Hebrew name is Yeshua. These are the Messianic Jews. Paul tells us that all Israel will be saved. Sadly, many will be saved in the Tribulation.
In Rev 12 the Bible tells us that Satan and all of his angels that had access to heaven are thrown out and knowing that his time is short, he persecutes the seed of the woman. These are Jews and Christians. This sign of a Woman clothed with the sun and the moon at her feet with a crown of 12 stars giving birth to the promised seed did appear for the only time on September 23, 2017. Since then there has been rampant troubles on the earth.
As the ark saved Noah's family and the animals, the ark of the LORD is the return of Jesus. If you do not know Him then it is time to seek Him.
I AM the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father except by Me. Jn 14:6
